Lost & Found Services at Gan International Airport

Our Customer Relation Team is pleased to help customers retrieve their lost items. Baggage Services of GIA provides lost property registration, deals with inquiries and offers retrieval services for items lost in the Passenger Terminal Building.

Items lost on your flight

For Maldivian flights, please write an email to Maldivian Baggage at  baggage@maldivian.aero

For any other airlines’ flights, please write an email to GIA Baggage at baggage@ganairport.com

Items lost inside the passenger terminal

Please contact the GIA Information Desk immediately with a full description of the lost item including:

  • Brand / Model and Color
  • Your Flight Number and Date
  • Time and The Possible Location Where It Was Lost
  • If Possible, A Photo Of The Lost Item.
