Baggage Storage Services at Gan International Airport
Those who need to store their baggage temporarily can use the secure short-term baggage storage facility in the Ihala Lounge (non-restricted area) located at passenger jetty area.

Storage fees are calculated based on storage duration, baggage dimension and weight. Anything that is stored for less than one hour is charged as an hour.
In any 24-hour period, storage is charged at the hourly rate or the daily rate, whichever is less.
At the airport, there are 2 contact points in total. From the marked locations, disabled passengers may call or request for assistance. If you need special assistance, it is always encouraged to book services via our customer relation office before your arrival to the Airport. Following your booking, the assistant will pick you up from the Drop-off point of PTB.

Standard Storage Rates are applicable to items not exceeding 30kgs in weight or the total dimensions not exceeding 199cm (Length + Width + Height).

Payment for the bag storage is to be made on collection. Cash, Debit/Credit Cards are accepted.
Unless prior notification is received from the passenger, stored items not collected after 30 days from the check-in day as stated in the receipt will be regarded as unclaimed item and will be removed. GIA will not bear any liability thereof.
