Addu International Airport Pvt Ltd (AIA) was established at the beginning of 2012 as a joint venture between four key entities: the Government of Maldives (GoM), State Trading Organization (STO), Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL), and KASA Holdings. This strategic partnership was formed with the vision of transforming Gan Airport into a leading international gateway and developing a full range of ancillary and related facilities to support its operations.
